  • Every Lost in the Moment escape bundles your villa, a Cidomo ride from the harbour, breakfast, and the Kuno Memory Session photographer. See each package below for its full list.

  • No, tell us roughly when you're thinking of, whether that's a specific month or just a rough idea, and we'll help you work out the right villa and dates from there.

  • No, package benefits can't be combined with other promotions, discounts, or value-added offers, it's one set rate for everything included.

  • Package benefits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can't be exchanged for cash or other services. Any unused inclusions during your stay are forfeited, we're not able to offer compensation for something you skip. Cancellation, amendment and no-show terms follow our standard villa policy.

  • You can. Just know that whatever you skip doesn't convert into a discount, a refund, or a swap for something else, it's simply left out.

  • We'll reschedule it to another day of your stay where we can, or substitute it with a different experience of equal value, so you're not simply missing out.

  • At least 24 hours before check-in. If you already know your dates, enquiring earlier gives us more room to confirm villa availability and line up the Memory Session photographer.

  • Yes, every Lost in the Moment package, Play, Love, and Joy, requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. It's built into how each one is paced, so nothing feels squeezed into a day or two.

  • Most visitors arrive by fast boat from Bali, usually departing from Padang Bai. Coming from Lombok, it's a shorter boat crossing from the island's northwest coast. Once you're on Gili, there's no cars or motorbikes, so getting to us from the harbour is by Cidomo, bicycle, or on foot.
