Our three Joglo rooms, overlooking our beautifully landscaped freshwater pool, are all immaculately restored ancient antique houses, built around a timeless and majestic teak wood centerpiece. Each room is fully equipped with modern amenities and radiates style at every turn.  Bespoke designer furnishings fill every corner of the rooms, and the ever-popular rain showers add the final touch, making for a more than comfortable stay in your home away from home. 

Our three Sumba rooms are perched around an elegant freshwater swimming pool.  Each room has its own private terrace, set in lush tropical surroundings, and featuring personal in-water sunbeds. The rooms have been beautifully restored from old antique cattle barns, and furnished with bespoke designer beds and interiors. All bathrooms boast rain showers and a cast iron bathtub with wooden decking, surrounded by freshwater ponds. The rooms also have a daybed which can double as an extra bed if necessary. 

This two-bedroom villa exemplifies our connection to nature and mother earth.  It’s the villa of choice for friends and pairs of couples.  Drenched in tropical vegetation and accented with a delightful waterfall feature, it’s impossible not to be mesmerized by its beauty.  The more spacious master bedroom is adorned with gorgeous antique woodwork and features a bathtub, whilst the second bedroom opens directly on to the pool.  Both bedrooms enjoy an en-suite bathroom with rain showers.

Villa Bhumi is another excellent option for friends, families or couples, and shares a lot of parallels with Villa Gaia.  Its design offers flexibility in terms of the main living space, allowing you to opt for either an open-plan or closed living experience.  Sunbeds, waterfalls, a pool and tropical plants fill the garden, and make for a truly memorable stay in paradise.  Both Bhumi and Gaia feature the option to open a third bedroom attached to the master room in the event you require extra beds for children.

This luxurious open plan one-bedroom villa is the perfect romantic getaway for any couple.  It offers a secluded private swimming pool with a waterfall backdrop and lush gardens, showcasing our very best fusion of indoor and outdoor living. This villas unique recessed, poolside bale (covered lounge area) provides the ideal setting for a glass of wine in the afternoon, and our full-spec interior will ensure you have everything to need to get the most out of you stay.

Villa Jade represents the birthplace of the entire resort.  Named after our beautiful daughter, it was the first villa we created, and the space is the perfect option for a family retreat.  This is the largest villa in terms of overall space, featuring a spacious garden area with a saltwater swimming pool, a wrap-around moat and a kids slide. The villa boasts three sizable bedrooms, two of which are housed within the main joglo building, with the third one being a detached poolside option.

Villa Oscar is the latest edition to the Kuno Villas resort.  This is an ideal choice for families or larger groups of friends.  It embodies a perfect union between high-end modern specs and gorgeously restored, timeless antique artifacts.  The villa’s unmistakable calm can be attributed to its distinct water theme, featuring a beautiful wrap-around swimming pool, a waterfall and freshwater ponds extending around the property.  The villa has three bedrooms, and a large, open-plan living area and kitchen combined, as well as a sizable outdoor communal terrace area.
